DR. LALU JOSEPH is a Catholic with deep faith in Jesus Christ and a blessed preacher of WORD OF GOD. A highly appreciated inspirational and transformation leadership trainer and a well diversified professional with extensive experience in Management, Research & Development, Professional Training, Sales and Marketing. His academic credentials include Ph.D. in Transformational Leadership, MBA in General management with specialization in corporate strategy formulation and implementation with special focus on adaptive, inspirational and transformation leadership skills with sub-specialization in marketing, HR, finance and project management from Asian Institute of Management, Philippines.

He is the Founder and Director of the “Good Neighbors of the Helpless international” a charitable foundation started in 2008 in Manila, The Philippines to promote the message among friends, relatives and network of families ‘to support the orphan/destitute children on a one to one basis throughout the growth of the child financially and emotionally as foster parents/ brothers or sisters and to help the child to become a better citizen by being a moral benefactor without any publicity.

It was a moment I will never forget. I was at the end of an evening session at my hospital when my assistant told me that a person from Johnson& Johnson wants to meet me, to which I refused as I was tired. But then a man with a gracious smile & humble tone entered my cabin & greeted me. Our meeting continued for almost an hour. In this meeting he persuaded me to purchase an instrument which I had rejected multiple times but finally I purchased it, and because of this instrument & Lalu made me an excellent surgeon.
